Privacy Policy
PINE MUSE Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") values the personal information of the Users who use the Company's services (hereinafter referred to as the "User(s)") and is doing its best to protect the personal information of Users. The Company complies with personal information protection regulations under relevant laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act, establishes this Privacy Policy, and discloses it so that Users can easily check it at any time. Article 1 (Items and Purposes of Personal Information to be Processed) When the User use the service, the Company, with the consent of the User, collects name, gender, date of birth, nationality, mobile phone number, e-mail address, password, SNS account, nickname, personal identification information (CI), duplicate identification information (DI), etc., and uses them for the purpose of the User identification, membership management, restriction of violations of laws and the Terms and Conditions, etc. When the User uses the service, the Company collects the Users' access logs, IP information, cookies, and records of defective and illegal use, and uses them for the purpose of securing service stability, improving services through analysis of service use records, etc. When the User uses cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal service, the Company may collect the User's name, gender, date of birth, copy of ID card, and face photo for identification, and use them for the purpose of identity verification. When the User uses NFT (non-fungible token) trading service, the Company collects the User’s wallet address, NFT sales, bidding, and purchase information, and uses them to provide service usage records, NFT product trading information, etc. When holding an event, the Company collects personal information of the Users collected and notified of use for each event and uses it for the purpose of providing event-related information, promoting the event, etc. Article 2 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information) The Company processes personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information with the consent of the User or the period of retention and use of personal information in accordance with laws and regulations, and the retention and use period of each personal information is as follows. - Personal information with the User's consent The Company collects name, gender, date of birth, nationality, mobile phone number, email address, password, SNS account, nickname, personally identifiable information (CI), duplicate identification information (DI), etc. and keeps it until the withdrawal of membership. When holding an event, the Company collects personal information collected and notified of use foreach event and stores it until the purpose of providing and promoting event-related information is achieved. - Personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations Records on access logs: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act) Records on electronic financial transactions: 5 years (Electronic Financial Transactions Act) Records on identity verification: 6 months (Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.) Records on contract or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.) Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.) Records on consumer complaints or dispute settlement: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.) Records on compensation and misdeposits: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.) Records on display and advertising: 6 months (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.) Records on specific financial transactions and identity verification: 5 years (Act on Reporting and Use of Specific Financial Transaction Information, etc.) Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties) In processing Users' personal information, the Company does not process or provide it to a third party beyond the scope of its original purpose except in the following cases. - When separate consent is obtained from the User - If there are special provisions in the law - When the User or legal representative is in a state where he or she cannot express his or her intention or prior consent cannot be obtained due to unknown address, and it is clearly deemed necessary for the imminent benefit of life, body, or property of the User or a third party - When it is not possible to perform the duties prescribed by other laws if personal information is used for purposes other than the purpose or if it is not provided to a third party, and it has been reviewed and decided by the Personal Information Protection Committee - When it is necessary to provide to foreign governments or international organizations for the implementation of treaties or other international agreements - When necessary for the investigation of crimes and the filing and maintenance of prosecutions - When it is necessary for the performance of the court's judicial business - When necessary for the execution of sentences, custody, and protective measures Article 4 (Procedure and Method of Destruction of Personal Information) If personal information becomes unnecessary, such as the expiration of the personal information retention period or the achievement of the purpose of processing, the Company destroys the personal information without delay. The Company destroys personal information in the form of electronic files by permanent deletion ina way that cannot be restored, and destroys personal information of records, printed materials, writings, and other recording media other than electronic file forms by shredding or incineration. Article 5 (Consignment of Personal Information Processing) In order to provide smooth services, the Company outsources some of its work, and manages and supervises the entrusted Company to safely process personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Regarding the processing of personal information, the Company entrusts system development and operation work for service provision to WHOIS HR and server rental and operation to Hana IDC, respectively, and WHOIS HR and Hana IDC use and store personal information collected during the consignment work until the consignment work is terminated or the purpose of use is achieved. Article 6 (Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and Method to Exercise the Rights) Users may withdraw their consent to the collection and use of personal information at any time by withdrawing from membership. Users can view, modify, or delete their personal information from member information at any time. Users may request suspension of processing of personal information at any time, and the Company may refuse requests to stop processing if there is a special provision in the law. For children under the age of 14, the legal representative may inquire, modify, delete, suspend processing, and withdraw consent to the collection and use of the child's personal information. Article 9 (Measures to Ensure the Safety of Personal Information) In processing personal information, the Company takes the following technical and administrative measures to ensure stability so that personal information is not lost, stolen, leaked, altered or damaged. - The Company is taking encryption measures to safely store and transmit personal information. - The Company is taking measures to keep personal information access records and prevent forgery or tampering. - The Company installs and operates security programs to prevent damage caused by hacking or computer viruses, and regularly updates and inspects them. - The Company limits employees who handle personal information to a minimum and provides regular personal information management training. Article 10 (Modification to the Privacy Policy) This Privacy Policy may be modified in accordance with relevant laws and changes in the Company's service policy.
